By booking an appointment or using the services of Thanchaya Salon (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

These Terms explain our appointment, cancellation, payment, messaging, and service policies.

1. General Services We offer a full range of professional hair services, including precision cuts, expert color, permanent waving, smoothing and straightening treatments, and custom styling. All services are performed by our qualified staff.

2. Appointments and Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you are running late, please notify us. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to ensure we can stay on schedule for other clients.

3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • “No-show” appointments, where a client fails to arrive without notice, will be charged the full service fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.
  • All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Messaging Terms and Conditions  By providing your phone number and giving us verbal or written consent, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages from Thanchaya Salon regarding appointments, account notifications, and customer care.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

6. Limitation of Liability Thanchaya Salon and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on the premises, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
