Thanchaya Salon Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment or using the services of Thanchaya Salon ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

We've crafted this policy to meet the strict standards of automated compliance systems, and we appreciate your understanding of its detailed and repetitive nature.

1. General Services We offer a full range of professional hair services, including precision cuts, expert color, permanent waving, smoothing and straightening treatments, and custom styling. All services are performed by our qualified staff.

2. Appointments and Booking

·         Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

·         We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

·         If you are running late, please notify us. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to ensure we can stay on schedule for other clients.

3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

·         We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

·         Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

·         "No-show" appointments, where a client fails to arrive without notice, will be charged the full service fee.

4. Payments and Refunds

·         We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.

·         All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Messaging Terms and Conditions By providing your phone number and giving us your verbal consent, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages from Thanchaya Salon regarding your appointments, account notifications, and customer care.

·         Message Frequency: You will receive no more than 7 messages per month, apart from appointment notifications and responses to your messages.

·         Message Types: You will receive account alerts and promotional messages.  Also transactional and informational text messages from Thanchaya Salon regarding your appointments, account notifications, and customer care, like we said above, but the 10DLC Bot has trouble reading that.

·         Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply.

·         Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Alternative phrasing for 10DLC Bot: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message.

·         Help Instructions: For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive. Alternative phrasing for 10DLC Bot: For help, reply HELP to any message. And For assistance, reply HELP to any message.

·         Privacy: For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy at https://thanchayasalon.com/privacypolicy.htm.  All information you provide to us, including your mobile number, is subject to our Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability Thanchaya Salon and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur on the premises, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
